Primarily an interior design and coordination exercise, this project involved the renovation of a lovely top-floor tenement flat rental property near the Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh.

One of the owner’s priorities was a very quick turnaround, which we achieved moving from the outline design to project completion in just over two months. We produced full drawings and specification for all elements of the renovation as well as coordinating ordering, and overseeing the sequencing of the various trades throughout the duration of the work.

The renovation included:
· Installation of a new bespoke kitchen, using a combination of Howden’s base and wall units with a bespoke worktop, shelving and concealed LED lighting.
· Full fit-out of the family bathroom.
· Complete redecoration of the entire flat, with new sockets, switch plates, ironmongery and fittings throughout.
